On August 10, 2017, the Treasurer announced the appointment of Land Services SA as the exclusive provider of South Australia`s transactional land services. The Government recognizes the importance of rural services and functions to the Community and has ensured that the key protections announced for the transaction are enshrined either in South Australian legislation or in binding contracts with Land Services SA. The government has regularly looked at the major industry federations, whose members are the main users of rural services, as well as with the staff of the relevant public services, the Landestitelamt and the National Evaluation Office. You do not need the clerk`s approval to reproduce print or digital panel forms.
