Dev Agreement

This Schedule, which has been included in the Agreement and is part of the Agreement, is binding on you with respect to your use of the Drops Program, unless you and Twitch have entered into another agreement that regulates your use of the Drops Program, in which case that other agreement supersedes that Agreement (including all calendars). All the main terms used there, but not otherwise defined, have the definitions defined in the main part of the agreement. Please read the terms of the agreement carefully. By accessing and using the program materials, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Twitch, which means that you agree to abide by and be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, do not access or use any other program materials. To clarify, among the various activities that Twitch prohibits in this agreement is the facilitation of the same activities when carried out by a third party. The copyright exchange applies regardless of the signing of a “Work for Hire” or a “service contract”. Copyright or intellectual property always belongs to the creator or developer. However, this changes in the case of “Work for Hire” contracts, where the intellectual property or copyright belongs to the customer. . . .
